As the founder and CEO of QFN, Dan helps individuals, business owners, real estate owners, and high net worth families create, protect, manage, and distribute their wealth. His major strengths are in retirement planning, income planning, tax planning, capital gain reduction, asset allocation, asset preservation, and comprehensive wealth planning. He helps his clients retain more of their resources, to build financial security, and insulate them from potential risks. A thorough understanding of the challenges his clients face helps Dan excel in providing advice on pension plans, IRAs, 401(k) rollovers, real estate sales, business sales, reducing investment taxation, retirement projections, portfolio protection strategies, debt planning, asset protection, life and long term care insurance, and lifetime income planning.

As a highly regarded financial, tax, retirement, investment, insurance, and advanced wealth planning specialist throughout the nation, Dan has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. His main focus is integrating all the complex elements of a client’s financial affairs, in a coordinated fashion, to enhance that client’s options for success. Dan works closely with Attorneys, CPAs, and Financial Advisors to most effectively create client solutions.

In addition, Dan has received the prestigious designation “Fellow Of The Institute” from The Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University for his successful completion in 2004 of the three-year elite Masters Program. The Masters Program focused on financial, tax, wealth, estate, and charitable planning with a special emphasis on collaboration between financial advisor, CPA, and attorney.

Dan has co-authored three books: “Love, Money, Control: Reinventing Estate Planning” which was completed in January 2004, “Living and Learning”, a definitive text on retirement planning, June 2005, and “True Net Cash Flow”, a comprehensive guide to tax efficient real estate disposition, in April 2007. In addition, Dan has been the key-note speaker at hundreds of seminars and workshops across the nation. Dan enjoys spending time with his family, including traveling, exercising, and golf.
